Spitalul Judetean de Urgenta Tulcea intenționează să achiziționeze Echipamente Medicale, pentru realizarea actelor medicale la standardele de calitate impuse de legislația în domeniul serviciilor medicale. Prin achizitionarea acestor echipamente medicale, autoritatea contractantă urmărește, pe lângă dotarea secţiilor , îmbunătăţirea performanţei la nivelul autorităţii contractante, respectiv îmbunătaţirea calităţii actului medical prestat, asigurându-se satisfacţia pacienţilor si a cadrelor medicale implicate.
