Description

The objective of the conditioning of Directive 28 is to valorise high-mining groundwater drains in order to be able to derive this water harmlessly into the subsequent upstream flooding system. In autumn 2015, initial neutralisation took place by means of rehabilitation vessels. At present, after-closure treatments/conditioning of the body of water under Directive 28 are carried out every 3 to 4 weeks, with a duration of approximately 3 days. The conditioning of Directive 28 is to be carried out by means of a mobile discharge unit for demand-driven fine dosing. The conditioning agents for lime hydrate and limestone meal are to be used. The implementation of the measure (construction of the mobile exit unit and monthly conditioning measures) was planned from 1 October 2018 to 31 December 2020 with the option for 2021 and 2022.
The construction of the entire installation must take place within the first half of the month 10.2018 so that the first neutralisation measure can be carried out in the same month.
