Description

the framework urban project management agreement will make it possible to develop an urban project at the heart of the city of Lille in the territory of the former Saint-Sauveur freight station. Located in the centre of the agglomeration and in a district where metropolitan facilities and infrastructure are concentrated, the 24 ha in brownfield are a unique land opportunity to increase the attractiveness of the heart of the metropolitan area and the major functions it hosts. This city centre project will seek to articulate the different functions that make the city. To this end, the public space will help organise urban life. The winning team may be entrusted with urban design tasks, architectural coordination missions for projects and project management of public spaces on the Saint Sauveur site and for all the areas required for the implementation of the project.
