The Rakvere City Government (hereinafter contracting authority) organises a public procurement (hereinafter also procurement) with the aim of using the funds of the City of Rakvere economically and rationally and to conclude a public contract for the performance of winter maintenance works and year-round cleaning of the squares, car parks, bus stops and sidewalks of the City of Rakvere.
