Hankinnan kohteena on olemassa olevan MobiiliAttilan (android) jatkokehitys sekä tuki- ja ylläpitopalvelut. Sovelluskehitys tehdään HSY:n käyttämien järjestelmäalustojen (Jira, ArcGIS) päälle.
Sovellusta kehitetään alustojen tarjoamien avoimien rajapintojen päälle ja se julkaistaan avoimena lähdekoodina.
HSY vastaa sovelluksen jakelusta käyttäjille. Uudiskehityksen kohteina olevien toiminteiden ylläpito ja tuki sovitaan erikseen tarpeen mukaisesti.
