Description

The purpose of the consultation is to provide telecommunications services on behalf of the city of Petite-Ile in the department of Réunion. For all lots, the framework agreement with a single economic operator (company or group) without a minimum amount but with a maximum amount is concluded pursuant to Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It lays down the conditions for the performance of the services and is carried out as and when order forms are issued.
