Description

Projektsteuerungsleistungen in Anlehnung an die AHO für:
1. Zentrum für effiziente Hochtemperatur-Stoffumwandlung (ZeHS),
2. Bibliotheks- und Hörsaalzentrum (BHZ) und
3. Infrastrukturmaßnahmen jeweils an der Technischen Universität Bergakademie Freiberg (TU BAF).
Gegenstand des Auftrags sind Leistungen der Projektsteuerung in Anlehnung an die AHO – zunächst Teil-Leistungen der Projektstufe Projektvorbereitung sowie optional stufenweise Beauftragung (beziehungsweise Beauftragung von Teilen) von Leistungen der Projektstufen Planung, Ausführungsvorbereitung, Ausführung sowie Übergabe und Inbetriebnahme (Projektabschluss) für die unter II.1.1 beschriebenen 3 Objekte, Gesamtbaukosten der 3 Maßnahmen Kostengruppen (KG 200-500) betragen ca. 55 000 000 EUR brutto. Geplant ist der Neubau eines „Bibliotheks- und Hörsaalzentrums“ (Bibo/HSZ) mit Hauptnutzflächen NF 1-6 in der Größe von 7.381 m² (davon 6.352 m² für die Bibliothek und 1.029 m² für das Hörsaalzentrum).
