Das Zentrum für Psychiatrie Südwürttemberg errichtet den Neubau einer Forensischen Klinik. Die Baufläche für die geplante Maßnahme befindet sich auf Flurstück 485/1 in der Weingartshofer Straße 2 in 88214 Ravensburg. Das Grundstück liegt im Gelände des Zentrums für Psychiatrie Südwürttemberg Weissenau. Für den Neubau sollen in einer Vorabmaßnahme Erd- und Erschließungsarbeiten ausgeführt werden. Ausführungszeiten: Beginn der Arbeiten April 2025 Ende der Arbeiten: September 2025 Beschreibung der Beschaffung (Art und Umfang der Dienstleistung bzw. Angabe der Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen) Die Arbeiten umfassen im Wesentlichen folgende Leistungen: - Erdbau- und Spezialtiefbauarbeiten - Drainagen, Kanäle - Versorgungsleitungen für Strom, Wasser, Fernwärme, EDV
