Description

BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH intends to award services for the external storage and management of various archiving units. These consist of various paper file units, including integrated data carriers on CD-Rs, microfilms, security tapes and magnetic tapes. A total of currently about 53,000 pieces of archive units (pc./AE). The scope of the commissioning consists of the one-time first takeover of currently about 53,000 pieces of archive units (pcs./AE) stored in cardboard boxes from the site of the two current AN. As well as the first outsourcing of about 3000 pieces of archive units (pcs./AE) from the BIM site every 1 to 2 years, and the annual cassation of about 4,500 pieces of archive units (pcs./AE). The services advertised are services to be provided on demand. Therefore, a framework contract without entitlement to a fixed order volume is advertised. The quantities specified in the schedule of services are accepted quantities based on experience in recent years. In this call for tenders, they are only used for calculation and evaluation. There is no entitlement to the quantities indicated. All quotation items must be calculated individually. The recording and taking over of the files starts on 01.12.2026. The duration of the contract is 4 years. The contract ends on 31.11.2030.
