The right of option will be triggered once the basic value of the order has been exhausted, in accordance with the concluded contract. The value of a contract awarded under an option right may not exceed: 75 % of the value of the basic contract for Lot 1; 75 % of the value of the basic contract for Lot 2; 75 % of the value of the basic contract for Lot 3; 75 % of the value of the basic contract for Lot 4; 75 % of the value of the basic contract for Lot 5; 75 % of the value of the basic contract for Lot 6; 75 % of the value of the basic contract for Lot 7; 75 % of the value of the basic contract for Lot 8. The contracting authority will exercise the right of option, i.e. the right to order additional services in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract and the price list presented when submitting tenders (the order under the right of option will be settled at the same rates for 1 rbg). The Ordering Party reserves that the right of option is a right and not an obligation of the Ordering Party. The exercise of the right of option may or may not take place, depending on the needs and instructions of the Ordering Party in this respect. Failure to exercise the right of option shall not give rise to any claims on the part of the Contractor against the Ordering Party. For a reliably performed service, the Ordering Party shall pay the Contractor the price according to the unit prices (1 gross man-hours) provided by the Contractor, in accordance with the offer.
