Description

The City of Aurich intends to sell two plots of land located in the area covered by the ‘Osterstrasse’ development plan No 298. The total area is subject to a conversion procedure. It is not yet possible to communicate the exact names of the parcel in the future. The specific areas to be divested are set out in Figure 1 in the attached exposé. The two plots of land can be sold separately. There is a connection through two standing buildings. The purchaser of the northern area 1 is required to carry out the demolition and dismantling and disposal of the Osterstrasse 30 and 34 buildings on the south-lying area 2. In addition, the City of Aurich intends to make available, on the basis of an agreed building right, the area to be built on the flat-ground parking facility in accordance with Figure 10 of the Exposès by the purchaser of Area 2.
