9315 Claims Management System
The current Claims Management System (CMS) is based on an on-premises version of Microsoft Dynamics. The CMS is now end-of-life, and a replacement system/package is being sought to address the end-of-life status and include improvements that have been identified in business process list above. The CIÉ Group Claims and Risk Office is seeking a comprehensive claims management solution and related services to streamline and enhance its internal processes. The Solution should enhance operational efficiency, improve data security, and boost overall productivity within the CIÉ Group Claims and Risk Office and CIÉ. The preferred Solution is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, with single sign-on (SSO) functionality to ensure seamless and secure access for CIÉ employees and be capable of managing and supporting core business processes, additional details included in the PQQ document.
