Description

This contract notice applies to invitations to tender for technical contracts for new construction of social housing. 43 in Tønder for Tønder Cooperative Housing Association and 5 private penthouse apartments for Ejendomsselskabet Trælasten ApS The project address is Nørregade 5-9, Tønder. The project includes the following: • 52 public housing units are being built with a total living area of 4,452 m2 and 5 penthouse apartments for private builders with an area of 684 m2, total living area of 5,133 m2. It is designed as 2-4 room apartments. The building is built as 3 buildings, with exterior hallway. • The dwellings will be established as multi-storey buildings, where the top floor will be penthouse apartments. • Coatings, terraces, paths, parking lots, garbage yards, plantings and sheds. The project consists of social housing, which is built with public support and is subject to the legislation applicable to such cases with associated circulars and guidelines. The task is offered in specialist contracts for CJ A/S, which is Totalentreprenør on the construction, for Tønder Andelsboligforening and Ejendomsselskabet Trælasten ApS, who are delegating builder and client. The procurement shall be carried out as a public procurement procedure in accordance with Sections 56-57 of the Public Procurement Act. The contracting entity has chosen to offer the task in specialised contracts, cf. Section 49 of the Public Procurement Act. The construction contract is subject to municipal approval of Schedule B. If the start-up time is postponed due to late construction case processing of the building permit and/or Schedule B approval, all sanctioning dates are shifted accordingly (timetable parallel shifted), without this entailing the right to costs for the fagent contractor.
