The purpose of this consultation is to: - The supply and transport of natural gas to the site's delivery point and the associated services known as service P1 until 30/09/2026 (excluding installation 4021-CHF1, which remains in MCI until 30/09/2035) - Maintenance and operation of the heating, domestic hot water and air-conditioning installations belonging to the Client known as P2; - Major maintenance and renewal of the heating, domestic hot water and air-conditioning installations belonging to the Client, known as the P3 service; - Work on the heating, domestic hot water and air-conditioning installations belonging to the Client, known as the performance of works under the P3R and P5 services. The future contract will be of the following type: - For gas installations (excluding office installations and 4021-CHF1): o Metering with interest (MCI) contract comprising P1 GAS, P2 services; P3 and works until 30/09/2026; o Lump sum benefit with interest (PFI) including benefits P2, P3, work as of 01/10/2026. - For office gas installations: o Counting contract including P1 GAS, P2 services; P3 and works until 30/09/2026; o Lump-sum benefit (PF) including benefits P2, P3, work as of 01/10/2026. - For biomass installations (installation 4021-CHF): o Metering with Interest (MCI) contract with benefits P1 BOMASSE, P2, P3 and works. - For installations operating on an urban heating network o Flat-rate service with interest (PFI) including services P2, P3, works. - For installations operating with another energy source (oil or electricity): o Flat-rate benefit (FP) comprising benefits P2, P3, work. The future contract provides for the simultaneous achievement of five objectives: - Providing users with continuity of service and comfort, maintaining and maintaining the equipment for which they are responsible in perfect working and maintenance condition; - The search for energy savings and loads; - Optimising the operation and maintaining the performance of the installations; - advising the client on monitoring installations and drawing up work programmes to improve energy performance; - The security of the sites.
