Het onderwerp van de onderhavige aanbesteding bestaat onder andere uit het leveren van zogeheten End User Devices, inclusief aanverwante accessoires, dienstverlening en garantie. Aan deze aanbesteding kan geen afnameverplichting worden ontleend. De Gemeente heeft geen afnameverplichting en geeft geen omzetgarantie. Wel maximeert de Gemeente de totale omvang van deze Raamovereenkomst (initiële looptijd incl. verlengingsopties) op € 5.000.000,- excl. BTW
