Public contract for the supply of electric minibuses in the framework of the project ‘PURCHASE OF ELECTRICAL MICROBUZES FOR PUBLIC ELEMENTS IN IAS COUNTY’, Code 14. Products requested: Electric minibuses of 16+1 seats = 3 pcs. The technical, functional and safety specifications, endowments and equipments are included in the Annex to the Specifications and constitute minimum requirements, respectively terms of reference, which are an integral part of the award documentation. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation, respecting the deadline set by the contracting authority in the instructions to tenderers/candidates - Section I.3) Communication, respectively the number of days until which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/candidates: 18 days. Responses to requests for clarifications regarding the award documentation will be published in SEAP under the section ‘List, clarifications, notifications and decisions’ of the contract notice. The contracting authority will respond to requests for clarifications from economic operators by the deadline set in accordance with Article 27(3) of Government Decision No 395/2016. The contracting authority will respond ONLY to requests for clarifications from economic operators by the set deadline. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/additional information as follows: - on the 24th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, for requests for clarifications submitted by economic operators 30 days before the deadline for submission of tenders; - on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, for requests for clarifications submitted by economic operators 18 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The delivery term of the minibuses is maximum 90 calendar days from the date of issuance of the Administrative Order to start the delivery of the contract goods by the Beneficiary. Estimated value: RON 3 805 785.10 excluding VAT, of which: - electric minibuses 16 + 1 (3 minibuses) – RON 3 802 785.10 excluding VAT; - documentation required for circulation on public roads (3 documentation) – RON 3 000 excluding VAT.
