The purpose of the concession is the collection, transport, treatment and disposal of waste – as referred to in Tables 1 and 2 in Article 3 of the CSDP – from board merchant ships stationary in the Taranto port area to the basement or quayside, within or outside the Great Sea Rada, as specified in the CSDP and in the ‘Waste collection and management plan for the port of Taranto’ drawn up by MA MI pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree No 182/2003 and approved by the Apulia Region.
