The Simos building on Mercedesstrasse 33/35 in the Bad Cannstatt district currently houses the Integrated Traffic Control Centre (IVLZ) and the Control Centre (ÜZ). A four-floor building with a staging floor and sufficient floor height and floor space is possible. Extensive exemptions from the development plan are necessary for the construction and operation of the ILS in the sense of the feasibility study.
