Description

The purpose of this consultation is to provide, deploy, host and maintain a SaaS procurement management solution for the City of Marseille. The solution should make it possible to manage the entire life cycle of public contracts, from the preparation of procedures to the monitoring of their execution, ensuring interoperability with existing community tools, traceability of actions and simplification of management processes. The contractor will also provide deployment support, user training, technical support and corrective and scalable maintenance of the solution.
