The aim of the procurement procedure is to establish a modern creative industry infrastructure with a studio complex that meets the needs of the audiovisual industry in the territory of Jõhvi Business Park by August 2026 at the latest, according to the preliminary design. When participating in the procurement procedure, tenderers must take into account that two additional construction works are being carried out in parallel on the territory of Jõhvi Business Park: 1) the establishment of a digital and multimedia incubation centre and 2) the establishment of technical infrastructure (rh see 282878). As a result, the tenderer must take into account that the working land may overlap during the period of performance of the contract and must be managed in good faith in cooperation with other companies.
