The purpose of the contract is to: a) as main service the total and total management of the single asset fee for occupation of public land, advertising display and the market fee (CUP) - including posters - referred to in Law 160/2019 and subsequent amendments and additions, as well as the care of the related tax litigation. The contract includes - in short and by way of example but not limited to - the outsourcing of the public function of activities related to government of all phases of management, assessment and collection, both voluntary and compulsory, of the CUP including related activities, preparatory and instrumental, and including the management of litigation; b) as a secondary service the support service for the management and assessment of the tourist tax.
