Description

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, assembly and commissioning of the SEM scanning electron microscope with accessories to the place indicated by the Ordering Party. 2. The Ordering Party requires that the basic stationary instruction at the installation site for the employees of the Ordering Party regarding the operation of equipment take place on the day of delivery and commissioning on the date agreed with the Ordering Party. 3. The offered SEM scanning electron microscope with accessories must be brand new, unused, not remanufactured, non-demonstration. 4. The SEM scanning electron microscope and its accessories, which are the subject of the delivery, should bear the CE marking and all documents required by law to be released for use. 5.
