The City of Espoo (later also the Client) requests tenders for the procurement of the Ground Survey system. The target of the procurement is a ground research system as a software service (SaaS) for the City of Espoo. The procurement consists of the following service components: - System as a software service (SaaS) - Implementation and adaptation of the service for the City of Espoo - Application maintenance services and further development A more detailed description of the content of the procurement can be found in Appendix 1 to the invitation to tender.
