For the replacement of the Mellowpark youth recreation facility, services of structural design according to § 49 HOAI, service phases 1 to 6, are awarded. The Mellowpark is located in the southeast of Berlin in Treptow-Köpenick on the Wuhlheide on a plot directly on the Spree on an area of about 60,000m2. This is a joint project of the Alleins e.V. and the Mellowpark e.V.
