Description

High Voltage Fuel Cell Testing System for the "Romanian Hydrogen and New Energy Technologies Hub - Ro-HydroHub" in order to ensure optimal testing, validation, integration and functional demonstration of hydrogen systems. According to Articles 160 and 161 of Law 98/2016, economic operators have the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation, in compliance with the deadline set by the contracting authority in the contract notice. Number of days for economic operators to request clarifications before the closing date for submission of tenders: 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to any request for clarification in a clear, complete and unambiguous manner 11 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders.
