The whole subject of the Order includes the execution of the following elements: 1) Design documentation, including: a) construction project with author's supervision, b) declaration of construction works, c) obtaining other administrative decisions necessary to implement the subject of the contract, including building permits, d) preparation of an executive project, e) preparation of as-built documentation, including geodetic as-built documentation, 2) and works in the scope of: (a) surface, (b) signalling equipment, (c) telecommunications equipment and systems, (d) overhead contact line, (e) power equipment and systems up to 1 kV, (f) engineering structures, (g) platforms, (h) gangways and crossings. 3. carry out the conformity assessment process of the structural subsystems within the scope of the contract at each stage (design, construction and final tests of the subsystem) and provide the relevant ‘EC’ declarations of verification and ‘EC’ certificates of verification for the subsystems.
