C.0256; Underground and special civil engineering, Otfried-Müller-Str.1, office building, Schnarrenberg entrance
Due to the limited space on the construction site, only a few storage areas are available for building materials. Similarly, only a limited amount of excavated material can be temporarily stored during the construction period of the earth and raw material builder. A continuous and timely removal of the excavation must therefore be planned. Pedestrian traffic must be diverted during the entire construction period, as the walkway immediately adjacent to the property is located within the site equipment area and therefore cannot be used. The necessary measures for diversion, such as the installation of signage or the affixing of road markings, are carried out by the contractor site logistics. The soil conditions, the building ground and its load-bearing capacity result from the enclosed soil report of 08.03.2023. The same applies to the hydrological values in relation to groundwater and surface waters, including the nature, location, drainage capacity and flood conditions of the floodplains, as well as the results of the water analyses. In the southern part of the plot, on which the new building is being built, there is an existing vegetation with trees and shrubs, which is completely cleared. In the northern area along the Schnarrenbergstraße, however, the vegetation remains intact. In this area, the exporting companies must take any necessary protective measures to preserve the vegetation. All supply lines of the existing building will remain in place during construction and must not be damaged under any circumstances. The Contractor shall be expressly informed of his special duty of care. If additional protective measures are required that have not been taken into account or have not been sufficiently taken into account in the schedule of services, the customer must be informed in advance. In the area of the construction site there are several canals, supply lines, mast lights, traffic signs, boulders, gabions as well as vegetation from trees and shrubs. These are removed in the course of the ex ante clearing and construction field clearance work as well as the demolition work by the earth builder. A possible ordnance load on the building site was checked on the basis of the enclosed aerial image evaluation of 25.07.2023. The existing mast lights along the property are owned by the University Hospital Tübingen (UKT) and will be dismantled as part of the site clearance
