1. The subject of the procedure and the contract is the selection of the Contractor in the scope of successive delivery of reagents and consumables, hereinafter referred to as reagents or products, for organizational units of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow (excluding the Jagiellonian University Collegium Medicum), intended in particular for educational, scientific and commercial activities. 2. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, including a quantitative list of reagents and consumables for each lot, is set out in Annex A to the SWZ, which is also the tender price calculation form. 2.1 The Ordering Party allows the products to be delivered in a different packaging than the one indicated in Annex A to the SWZ, however, only smaller packaging is allowed, while maintaining the proportionality of the price resulting from the Contractor's offer.
