Jedná se o vodohospodářskou stavbu, konkrétně výstavbu nové retenční nádrže Vinice včetně propojovacích stok, výstavbu nové odhlehčovací komory a zkapacitnění stávající spojné šachty. Zároveň jsou v rámci stavby rušené úseky stávajících stok a vodovodu. Součástí výstavby jsou i doplňkové objekty vodohospodářské stavby, a to výstavba nové rozvodny a nové obslužné komunikace.
