The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor of a service consisting in the management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste of code 20 03 01 collected from owners of residential and semi-residential properties covered by the municipal waste management system from the area of the Municipality of Kolbuszów. Management shall be understood as the mechanical-biological treatment of mixed municipal waste and the separation from mixed municipal waste of fractions suitable in whole or in part for recovery or the transfer of waste to obtain alternative fuel. 2. Duration of the contract: from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 3. During the contract implementation period, the estimated weight of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste to be managed will be 2160 Mg, i.e. 180 Mg per month. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of delivering a smaller amount of waste, i.e. 2000 Mg, depending on the amount of waste collected from residents. The collection of waste shall take place with the following frequency: - from single-family residential buildings in the city at least once every two weeks, - from single-family residential buildings in the countryside at least once every four weeks, - from multi-room buildings at least once every 10 days, and in the period from April to 31 October at least once a week. 4. The Ordering Party reserves that the above-mentioned amount of waste may change and should not be treated as a fixed value. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste transferred in relation to the estimates depending on actual needs, without the Contractor's right to compensation claims on this account. 5. The subject-matter of the contract shall be performed by the Contractor in accordance with: - the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws 2024, item 399, as amended), - the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587, as amended) and legal acts issued on its basis, - Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2021, item 1530), - Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of reduction of landfilling of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2017, item 2412). 6. The contractor submitting an offer for the management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Kolbuszowa must have installations indicated in the resolution implementing the Provincial Waste Management Plan (or WPGO), in the Investment Plan annexed to the WPGO or on the list maintained by the Provincial Marshal in the Public Information Bulletin (in accordance with Art. 1 of the Waste Act). 7. The delivery of waste to the installation selected in the present proceedings will take place using the means provided by the Contracting Authority and at its expense.
