Description

The programme plans to increase the total to 169 housing units and 29 commercial units through the redevelopment of the ground floor. The overall project provides in particular for: - Thermal insulation from outside buildings, - Installation of a mechanical VMC (simple hygro B flow or low pressure or double flow) in dwellings, - Replacement of all exterior carpentry of dwellings, - Rehabilitation of RoW and RoW low buildings, - BBC Effinergie-renovation 2024 certification. This operation is subsidized by ANRU as part of a large urban renewal operation NPNRU on the Red Cross district. Winner of the call for projects "Quartiers resilient", she also receives additional grants, as an example in several capacities. Successful companies will have to be part of this global approach. This contract contains a clause on social inclusion through work: 140 hours for lot 06 and 245 hours for lot 11. The services shall be paid for by a flat-rate overall price in accordance with the provisions of the act of commitment.
