Description

The purpose of this consultation is to entrust a concessionaire, from 1 June 2027, with the management of the public sanitation service of SIARCE on the perimeter of the municipality of Vert-le-Grand. The concessionaire will in particular ensure the operation, maintenance and maintenance of the waste and rainwater collection and transport works, the operation, maintenance and maintenance of the Vert-le-Grand wastewater treatment plant, as well as the conduct of relations with users, the invoicing and collection of fees, and the provision of information on the technical and financial management of the service. The detail of the subject is defined in section 1 of the Consultation Regulations (CR) and the scope in section 2 of the CR. The procedure chosen is open-ended: applications and tenders shall be submitted jointly. The contract defines precisely the objectives assigned to the Concessionaire and the corresponding performance criteria, the information that the Concessionaire will keep at the disposal of the Licensing Authority, the modalities of their transmission and the effective means of control which it may use to verify the proper technical and financial execution of the contract and the quality of the service.
