Description

This consultation concerns the renewal of the contract for the dematerialisation and outsourcing of documentary processes for the needs of In'li Ile de France, in'li Property Management, in'li AURA, in'li Grand Est, in'li PACA and in'li Sud-Ouest companies constituted as a group of orders. It involves the conclusion of a framework agreement with order forms on behalf of the members of the group of orders in order to outsource part of their printouts: - either by total or partial dematerialisation of documents; - by outsourcing printing and postal distribution. The solution must allow the resumption of flows already outsourced and the launch of projects along several axes as defined in the Special Technical Specifications (STS) Pursuant to Article L. 2113-11-2° of the Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement is not alloti because the devolution in separate lots risks making it technically difficult to perform the services.
