Description

This consultation concerns the renewal of the contract for the dematerialisation and outsourcing of documentary processes for the purposes of the companies In'li Ile de France, in'li Property Management, in'li AURA, in'li Grand Est, in'li PACA and in'li Sud-Ouest formed as a group of orders. It involves the conclusion of a framework agreement with order forms on behalf of the members of the grouping of orders in order to outsource part of their impressions: - either by total or partial dematerialisation of the documents; - or by outsourcing printing and postal distribution. The solution must allow the resumption of flows already outsourced and the launch of projects along several axes as defined in the Special Technical Specifications (STS) By application of Article L. 2113-11-2° of the Public Order Code, the framework agreement is not alloti because the devolution into separate lots risks making it technically difficult to perform the services. The framework agreement on purchase orders shall be awarded to a single contractor and shall be awarded to a common economic operator. The Framework Agreement will be dealt with at unit prices
