The subject of the contract is a service consisting in loading, export and management in the R10 process, as well as in processes other than R10 and D5 (e.g. in the R3 process) of municipal sewage sludge with code 19 08 05 in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587) and the Environmental Protection Act of 27 April 2001.
