Description

The research to be commissioned will focus on an in-depth understanding of the metabolism of cells used in industrial bio-processes under productive conditions and on the possibility to better adapt their behaviour to different bio-processes, as well as on studies aimed at the development of sensitive measurement methods with a wide range of applications. A particular focus is on single cell analytics for eukaryotic microbials using marker-in-cell reporting terimoleculars and measurement of (bio)molecular levels based on technology combining high-sensitive recombinant antibodies with nucleic acid amplification.
