For the complete reconstruction of part of road IV-58017 Yellow stone – Uzunovo – Tri Mogili and on a road section between the villages of Bogdanitsa and the village of Konusz (IV-58807), the municipality of Asenovgrad has prepared a technical and working project. The aim of the development is to complete reconstruction of the stretch to the village of Yellow stone on the basis of an existing breakthrough with partly maintained troshland pavement and practically free from land, with a view to normalising transport links with the urban system and the country. The section in question is part of a road and is predominantly local in nature and despite the region’s low population density and low productivity, the reconstruction has necessitated a demographic aspect. Due to the negligible load and maximum use of the existing road, it is practically rehabilitated by equalising layers of unsorted material and clinically crushed stone and asphalt layer, it is not required at this stage.
The reconstruction of a road section between the village of Bogdanitsa and the village of Konusz is aimed at creating a local transport link between the three inhabited localities of the village of Izbiegle-village of Popovica, as well as the establishment of a direct link between road I-8 and road III-667 through the village of Conusz and the village of Izbegli. On the developed site, the projected situational route follows almost completely the existing road currently covered by crushed stone, finally being included at the entrance of the farm yard into the regulatory axis of the entrance street of the village of Konusz. Maximising the scope of the existing road and avoiding expropriation of land.
This documentation has been drawn up for the selection of the contractor and the award of a site: ‘For the complete reconstruction of part of road IV-58017 Yellow stone – Uzunovo – Tri Mogili and on a road section between the villages of Bogdanitsa and the village of Konusz (IV-58807), municipality of Asenovgrad’ under the Regional Development Operational Programme 2007-2013’.
