Lieferung von mobilen Endgeräten des Herstellers Apple - teils mit DEP - sowie Zubehör als Rahmenvertrag mit einer Laufzeit von einem Jahr, die Laufzeit beginnt unverzüglich nach Auftragserteilung. Der Rahmenvertrag beinhaltet die Lieferung von Los 1: - 240 Stück iPhones (alle Modelle) mit einer Höchstmenge von 490 Stück in der Produktkategorie - 84 Stück iPads (alle Modelle) mit einer Höchstmenge von 110 Stück in der Produktkategorie Los 2: -84 Stück Logitec Slim Folio (alle Modelle) mit einer Höchstmenge von 110 Stück -84 Stück Logitec Crayon (alle Modelle) mit einer Höstmenge von 110 Stück -40 Stück Apple Pencil (alle Modelle) mit einer Höchstmenge von 80 Stück. Bei den genannten Mengen handelt es sich um Schätzmengen. Diese können sowohl unter- als auch überschritten werden. Bei Erreichen der jeweiligen Höchstmengen beseht keine Leistungspflicht des Auftragnehmers mehr.
