Description

Vestfold public procurement cooperation (VOIS) invites tenderers to a market dialogue. The process for implementing a new competition has been initiated. VOIS would thus like input on previous competition documents and what has happened in the market since the last announcement. The framework agreement shall cover the purchase and/or hire of electronic door locks, key boxes and relays, as well as the necessary software, delivery, assembly, service, disassembly, reassembly and submission. The contract shall apply for Holmestrand municipality, Horten municipality, Larvik municipality and Tønsberg municipality. See the attached invitation for further information.
