Description

The subject-matter of the contract shall include:
(1) delivery to the Contracting Authority’s premises – concerns Task 14;
(2) delivery (instead of the person authorised by the Contracting Authority), assembly, commissioning and service instructions to the persons designated by the Contracting Authority within 7 days of the date on which the various equipment and apparatus specified in tasks 1-13 and 15 were put into service, the technical characteristics of which are described in detail in Annexes 5.1 and 5.15 to the ToR, including:
