Description

Under this contract, the undertaking undertakes and the contractor undertakes to carry out timely, technical, sound, financial and safe execution of the project ‘Fiilothei – Kifissia and the Chalandriou Agency of DG D’, as described in detail below, so that the project is suitable for its intended use and operation and in full compliance with the contract.
The concept of the project in question includes, but is not limited to, the following:
The design and construction of the building housing the services of the Philothei – Kifissia Region and the User Sector of the Halandri Agency of the Directorate-General for Distribution of PPC SA. The plot on which it will be built is located on the park of Kapodistrio Avenue on the geographical boundaries of the municipality of Maroussi.
The building is developed on six levels, 2th basement, 1th basement, ground floor, 1th floor, 2th floor and 3th floor.
