Description

With this invitation to tender, Sansia Oy requests your tender for dental laboratory services. The subject of the procurement is dental work, such as occlusal splints, orthodontic instruments and prosthetic products in 7 different areas of the North Savo Welfare Area (hereinafter referred to as the "Subscriber") as defined in this invitation to tender and its appendices. In terms of delivery, the attached minimum recommendations of the Finnish Dental Laboratory Association on delivery times (Annex 3 Delivery times) are followed. If there are deviations for a product, the delivery time is mentioned separately in Appendix 1 Price Appendix for the product in question. There are currently 33 dental clinics in the North Savo Welfare Area and they are listed in the price appendix attached to the invitation to tender. The products in the invitation to tender have been selected as sample products to represent the most common products to be procured by subscribers (the so-called volume product). The supplier shall price the other items offered in the price annex of the invitation to tender on the same basis as the products in the comparison. During the contract period, the customer may purchase all the products and dental services available for sale from selected suppliers. The areas are as follows: 1. Orthodontic instruments 2. Bleeding rails 3. Detachable prosthetics 4. Fixed prosthetics, ceramic 5. Solid Prosthodontics Metalloceramic 6. Implant prosthetics 7. Sleep apnea rails The tenderer may submit a tender in one or more areas of his choice. A maximum of eight (8) suppliers will be selected for each sub-area and ranked according to price-quality ratio by sub-area. Parallel offers will not be accepted. The contract period starts on 1 January 2026. The contract is valid for a fixed term of two (2) years from the beginning of the contract period, after which the contract will continue for an indefinite period.
