The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Art. 1 point 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: OJ Journal of Laws 2024, item 530 – ‘Law on forests’), covering works in the field of forest breeding, forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting and tourist development to be carried out in the Cisna Forest District in 2025. 2. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of work in the field of forest breeding, forest protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting and tourist development resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.3. The material scopes set out in the annexes included in Annex 2 are estimates. 4. The quality standards relating to all the essential characteristics of the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ. 5. Descriptions of the codes of activities describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 3 to the SWZ. 6. A description of the rules governing the procedure for acceptance of forestry works is set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ. 7. The subject-matter of the contract is divided into 3 lots (‘Package’). 7.
