Brief description: 1. During the execution of the contract, the following should be carried out: supply and distribution of natural gas to MHAL Dobrich AD, with address: № 24, Panayot Hitov Str., Dobrich, for a period of 2 years. 2. Duration of the contract / implementation period - 2 (two) years from the date of conclusion of the contract and until its completion or until the exhaustion of the financial resources. 3. Mode of award: performance shall commence on the date of conclusion of the contract. 4. Place of performance: from supplier to site as follows: "MHAT - Dobrich" AD, with address: gr. Dobrich, ul. Panayot Hitov № 24. 5. Estimated value of the contract up to EUR 389 000, 00 excluding VAT. 6. The financing for implementation will be provided from the budget of "MHAT - Dobrich" AD. 7. Payment under the contract will be made on the basis of the actual consumed monthly quantity of natural gas with the issuance of a monthly act and a tax invoice, which is paid by bank transfer.
