Description

The client intends to procure the installation and configuration, operation, development and support of the e-service platform (also called the "system"). Operation of the e-service platform shall take place at the supplier's premises, although we also request the terms and conditions for possible future local operations. Installation includes a turnkey solution with the full functionality of the latest version of Open ePlatform, including all modules. Configuration includes but is not limited to adaptation to the client's individual graphic profiles (with the possibility of multiple domains/profiles), ready solution for My Pages, My Cases and My Profile, SAML 2.0 integration with the client's various security platforms' IDPs for login with e-identification, see Requirements specification in section 3. The service for e-identification and e-signing is procured as an option, where it is voluntary for the supplier to offer the option and voluntary for the client to call the option during the contract.
