Description

The subject of the procurement is the works on the Construction of the coastal zone of the settlement of Baška - Etapa 2A A detailed description of the subject of the procurement, the type and scope of the works is described in detail in the Cost Statement and the project and technical documentation provided in the annexes to this Procurement Documentation, i.e. at the link: https://www.baska.hr/project-technical-documentation-for-works-on-office-coastal-band-village-baska-etapa-2a-2/and form an integral part thereof. This procurement is carried out for the purpose of realising the project "Design of the coastal zone of the settlement of Baška - Etapa 2A", which is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and based on the Grant Agreement for projects financed from the Integrated Territorial Programme in the financial period 2021. – 2027 ref. IP.3.2.09.0001, concluded on 02.05.2025 between the Ministry of Regional Development and EU Funds (the Managing Authority), the Central Finance and Contracting Agency for EU programmes and projects (the Intermediate Body for the Implementation of Operations), on the one hand, and the Municipality of Baška (the Beneficiary). With this project, the premises of the Palada street and the bathing area along the Palada will be put into operation, and the reconstruction of the coastal belt (Etapa 2A) will also be carried out by equipping urban equipment as well as landscape design, in order to raise the quality of life in the Municipality of Baška through the improvement of social content and the revitalization of public-social infrastructure in the open.
