Vestforbrænding hereby invites potential bidders to a market dialogue on an upcoming tender for the emptying of cubes and buried waste systems. The purpose of the market dialogue is to ensure that the tender documentation is in line with the market's expectations and opportunities, including identifying what the market expects to be able to bid for in terms of service level, data delivery, contract length and necessary implementation time. The tender covers the emptying of cubes and buried waste systems for residual and food waste as well as glass, paper, cardboard, plastic and food-drinking board and metal from households. The scheme includes emptying in 10 municipalities. During the contract period, there may be municipalities withdrawing from the scheme and other municipalities joining. Annex 1 shows which municipalities have different types of equipment emptied and annual quantities per fraction. The task also includes the provision of data and reports on the discharges. The waste must be unloaded for incineration and other treatment at specified addresses, depending on the fraction. The place of unloading may change during the contract period.
