Description

The purpose of the present procedure is to request tenders for the contract promoted by the Hospital de Santo Pablo and Santa Tecla Foundation for the execution of the civil works and facilities corresponding to the extension and reform of the Hospital de El Vendrell, in accordance with the executive project, as well as the works corresponding to the structure and the initial reforms, with the exception of the works of earthmoving, structure and initial reforms, since these actions have already been executed in previous phases. Consequently, this contract includes the execution of all the works, including the facilities, the urbanization, the legalizations, the tests, the commissioning and the rest of the actions necessary to complete the extension and reform of the Hospital of El Vendrell, until its delivery in conditions of full operation, in accordance with the technical documentation that governs the tender. The proposals of the interested parties must comply with the specifications of administrative and technical clauses. Consequently, the submission of the tender implies the unconditional acceptance by the tenderer of the content of all these clauses or conditions, without any exception or reservation, which will form an inseparable part of the contract to be concluded with the successful tenderer.
