Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind die Bauleistungen zur Errichtung eines zweigeschossigen Kindergartengebäudes in Holzbauweise. Das Bauvorhaben umfasst insbesondere: • Errichtung des Holzbaus einschließlich aller tragenden Konstruktionen, • Errichten des Dachstuhls, • Dacheindeckung eines Satteldaches mit Ziegeln, • Lieferung und Einbau von Dachflächenfenstern. Das geplante Gebäude verfügt über eine gewerbliche Nutzfläche von ca. 645,5 m², eine Bruttogrundfläche von ca. 1.128 m² sowie eine Gebäudehöhe von ca. 8,86 m. Die vollständige Leistungsbeschreibung sowie weitere Einzelheiten werden mit den Vergabeunterlagen zur Verfügung gestellt.
