Description

The services concern the production of topographic and parcel documents in connection or not, as the case may be, with the land activities of the Agglomeration. More specifically, the following are concerned: • Topographical works: polygonation and triangulation of the areas to be raised, settlements, boundaries, markers, field surveys, implementation of project elements, various services for the development of land parcels; • Topographic documents: plans and diagrams of polygonal canvases, data sheets of the reference marks of the base canvases, topographic plans by land rising, location reports; • Parcel and land documents: parcel plans and states, cadastral and mortgage searches, drawing up records of owners and tenants, drafting of original property, survey documents, boundaries of rights-of-way; • The sales plan: at each sale of lot, acquisition file including the plan of the plot sold (perimeter, surface, constraints) the document of modification of the parcel, boundary ... ; • The division project plan: plan of the plot being sold, non-final plan; • The project plan: cutting project after technical study to determine the areas to be marketed and developed (perimeter definition and surface area); • The memory plan: updating (after-sales or works) of the updated digital plan; • The building plan: detailed or regular interior plan of buildings and warehouses, plan of facades.
