El objeto del contrato y el mantenimiento integral de los edificios, locales, instalaciones fijas y zonas verdes, controles sanitarios preceptivos sanitarios, de las propiedad de la S.A. de Gestión del Plan Xacobeo, existentes en la Red Pública de Albergues de Peregrinos, los Puntos de Información y en el Complejo del Monte del Gozo, y en conformidad con los estatutos de la misma que tiene encomendada su gestión directa o indirecta, segundo el especificado en la cláusula 6 del pliego y en el pliego de prescripciones técnicas .
